Rocker Shop

The Rocker Shop is the official university-owned bookstore serving South Dakota Mines. We provide course materials, Mines apparel, gifts and supplies.

Every purchase supports campus improvements that benefit students and the entire university. The Rocker Shop is the official bookstore of South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. It has all your book and school supply needs for all of your classes. During the school year it is open from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Additionally, if it is not a holiday weekend, it is open on Saturday from 10:30am to 1:00 pm. During the summer days it is open from 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday-Friday.

🏈 Meet Buck! 🐾🤘

Last football season, Buck was just a puppy experiencing his very first South Dakota Mines football games—and getting introduced to team apparel while cheering on his human! 💙💛

Now he’s officially ONE and ready for another season of Hardrocker football! 🥳🏈 Buck will be joining his family at all the home games this year, and we can’t wait to see him back in the stands showing off his Hardrocker spirit.

Be sure to stop by, say hi, and give Buck some love when you see him at the games! 🐾💙💛
