Again Thank You to everyone participating in the celebration and kick off of our "Taste of Louisiana" Tour Series. Begining with being welcomed to the City of Scott by Mayor Richard followed by Rosary lead by Catholic volunteers of the Begnaud House and history by cultural and evets coordinator Mr Ricky Martinez,

Since we were in the Boudin Capitol of the world We then enjoyed Boudin from Scott's original Boudin location The BEST STOP!

We were then entertained by Grammy award winner Zydeco Musician Chubby Joseph Carrier. The performance included the passionate story telling of how his family played in an important ancestors to his successful and continued love and promotion of our culture.

For lunch we made the short drive to Fezzos of Scott for a great lunch and more time together sharing in conversation. During lunch we reminisced about past tours and upcoming Tours. During this time I was able to announce new tours and events in the works. A additional special Thanks to those who assudted in making yesterday possible including the Maintenance Staff of the City Scott for event setup and My driver for going to Houma to bring our guests in attendance safety to Scott and back to Houma along with Derek for all the behind the scenes work as usual keeping Acadiana Byways moving.
