Wife • Mom of 3 • Travel Advisor
Specializing in Disney World, Disney Cruise Line & Universal Orlando. Hi, I’m Amanda Bacon... yes, just like the breakfast meat! 🥓

I’m a travel advisor who specializes in helping families plan Disney vacations that feel exciting, organized, and stress-free. My love for Disney started early. When I was five, my grandparents took me to Walt Disney World for the firs

t time. I still remember dressing up as Alice from Alice in Wonderland and meeting the characters and that trip sparked a lifelong love for Disney magic. Since then, I’ve returned many times and have spent years helping friends, family, and clients plan their own Disney adventures. From choosing the right resort to navigating park days, dining, and all the details in between, I love helping families feel confident and excited about their trips without the overwhelm. Walt Disney once said, “If you can dream it, you can do it.”
I’d love to help you turn your Disney dreams into a vacation your family will never forget. Amanda Bacon is a travel advisor specializing in Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and family vacations. She lives in Oley, PA with her husband and their three “Bacon bits.”

What’s on your family’s vacation wishlist right now?

Honestly asking because I LOVE seeing what destinations families are dreaming about right now. 👏
Disney?
Cruise?
Universal?
All-inclusive?
Somewhere totally different?

And if you want help turning the dream phase into an actual plan… my inbox is open. ✨

This is your reminder that vacation planning does NOT need to feel overwhelming. 🤍

You don’t need:
❌ every detail figured out
❌ a giant budget sitting in savings
❌ to know exactly where you want to go

You just need a starting point. And honestly? Right now is a really smart time to start planning for later 2026 travel before pricing and availability tighten up even more.

If you want help comparing destinations or figuring out realistic numbers, I’m happy to help! ✨

We’re officially hitting the point in the year where families start realizing: “…wait, if we want to travel in 2026 we should probably figure this out.” 😂

And honestly? They’re right.

The second half of the year fills in QUICKLY for:
🏰 Disney
🚢 cruises
🎢 Universal
🌴 all-inclusives

Especially for holiday weeks and family-friendly room types. The good news? There are still great options available right now. ✨

Message me if you want help narrowing things down!

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is: “If we can’t pay for the whole vacation right now, we should wait.”

Honestly? Most families I work with DON’T pay all at once. 👏

Planning now for a late 2026 trip usually means:
✨ smaller monthly payments
✨ better availability
✨ more time to budget

Waiting until the last minute often creates the opposite.

If a Disney trip, cruise, Universal vacation, or all-inclusive is on your family’s wishlist this year, let’s start talking through ideas now. ☀️

Friendly reminder: it is absolutely NOT too late to plan a 2026 vacation. 👏 But… the second half of the year tends to move FAST.

Right now families are booking:
🎃 fall Disney trips
🎄 holiday travel
🚢 late 2026 early 2027 cruises
☀️ winter getaways

And the earlier you start, the more options you usually have for:
✔️ resorts
✔️ cruise cabins
✔️ payment plans
✔️ overall pricing

If travel is on your radar for later this year, now is a really good time to start looking at options. ✨

Anniversary trip loading… And this weekend’s destination? Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. 🏞️

It’s actually my FIRST time staying there and I am so excited because this resort has been on my Disney bucket list for YEARS. 👏

Honestly, it seems like the perfect mix of cozy, relaxing, and still close to the magic. Give me:
✨ boat rides to Magic Kingdom
✨ lobby fireplace vibes
✨ late night resort walks
✨ coffee in the morning overlooking the water
…and I’m already sold.

Contrary to popular belief… I do not get paid to ride Disney rides and eat snacks all day. (Although honestly, if Disney is hiring for that… call me.) Most days actually look a lot more like:

☕ Early mornings working on dining reservations.
💻 Quoting vacations and comparing resort options.
📱 Answering client questions and hopping on calls.
📝 Building itineraries and planning park strategies.
✨ Watching for promotions and price drops.

…all while balancing mom life and three boys with soccer schedules that somehow feel like a full-time job on their own.⚽...And honestly? I love it. ❤️

Because while I absolutely love experiencing these destinations myself, my favorite part is helping OTHER families create vacations they’ll remember forever. A lot of the magic happens behind the scenes long before you ever step onto Main Street or board the cruise ship. ✨

So thank you for trusting me to be part of your vacations, your celebrations, and your memories. It truly means more than you know.

POV: Your travel advisor is absolutely testing the attractions for “research purposes.” 😂🎢

But honestly… this is one of the biggest reasons I believe firsthand experience matters so much in this industry.

Because I’m not just telling clients what Google says. I’m constantly learning:
✨ Which rides are worth rope dropping.
✨ What Lightning Lanes sell out fastest.
✨ Which attractions break down often.
✨ Where crowds bottleneck.
✨ Which rides are worth the hype for different age groups.
✨ Where to take a break before everyone melts down in the Florida heat.

Rise of the Resistance is one of those attractions people ask me about ALL the time and there’s a huge difference between “knowing about it” and actually experiencing how it works in real life.

The internet gives you information. A good travel advisor helps you apply it to YOUR family, travel style, and priorities. And yes… I will continue riding Disney attractions in the name of “client research.” 😂

Last week's office: coffee, breakfast, and planning another vacation. ☕💻✨
And honestly? This is one of my favorite parts of the job.

Working on a bachelor/bachelorette getaway for repeat clients and that never stops feeling special to me. ❤️ Because after a while, it stops feeling like “just booking trips.”

I know which resorts my clients usually love.
I know who wants the rope drop strategy and who wants extra pool time built in.
I know which families need the stroller-friendly resorts, shorter park days, or connecting rooms.

That relationship piece is honestly my favorite part of being a travel advisor.

Anyone can click “book now” online. But having someone who knows YOU, your travel style, and what actually matters to your family? That’s where the magic happens. ✨
