If you notice a maintenance issue during your stay, please let the office know so it can be taken care of as quickly as possible. You’re also welcome to message Holiday Haus directly—I appreciate hearing both what you enjoyed and anything that could have made your stay better.

My goal is for your time at Holiday Haus to be comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable enough that you’ll want to return and recommend us to your friends and family.

Along with the regular care provided by our property-management team, I personally conduct occasional inspections and take care of additional cleaning and maintenance. My recent inspection I found a few things unsatisfactory and I’m addressing those issues.
