This year, the conversation moved away from promises and toward measured, expert-led implementation.
Leaders spoke less about new models and more about:

🧩letting business needs drive AI, not the other way around
🧩organising data, processes, and people so AI can deliver real value
We’re seeing the same shift in everyday conversations with businesses. More companies are moving beyond pilots and getting more deliberate about how AI fits into their operations and strategy.
