nts and sun drenched happy hours. As my visits became more frequent, and the summer season grew, buying a second home in Rehoboth seemed like the natural next step. Since my first home purchase 35 years ago in Rehoboth, I’ve owned and refurbished several properties. I purchased my first home at a very young age. Less than two years out of college, I quickly understood the positive impact home ownership can have on one’s financial goals and wellbeing. I’ve lived my entire life in the DELMARVA area and have owned diverse properties. From farms in Southern Maryland and Southwest Virginia, to a Washington DC townhome, to a nationally recognized 215 year-old mansion in Western Maryland, I’ve almost seen it all. I’ve also owned numerous investment properties too. And because of this background, I have extensive experience as a buyer and seller. I have gained knowledge in renovations and investment properties, the unique requirements of historic preservation, acquired an understanding of agricultural and equestrian properties, and land subdivisions, as well as second homes. I like putting this knowledge to good use in helping my clients. Partnering with my clients to meet their various real estate goals here in Southern Delaware is my full-time vocation. OK F/B hive, we are thinking of spending a month or so this coming winter in Ft. Lauderdale, anytime from late January through mid March. #1 requirement is pet friend so we can take our 70 # baby with us and must have very good internet. Looking for a location where we can walk to some things, min. 1BR w/ enough room in LR or DR suitable for remote working, a pool and fenced yard are good pluses. What you you got available or personally rented yourself.
