Falling in Love with Rehoboth
The “Nation’s Summer Capital” captured my heart from the very first time I visited in 1983 for vacation. And I didn’t miss a summer for the next 16 years. Those summers were filled with creating wonderful memories with dear friends at house, theme & pool parties, fabulous restaurants and sun drenched happy hours.
As my visits became more frequent, and the summer season grew, buying a second home in Rehoboth seemed like the natural next step. Since my first home purchase 20 years ago in Rehoboth, I’ve owned and refurbished several properties. Plus, I’ve always kept a finger on the pulse of the ever-evolving coastal Delaware real estate market.

I purchased my first home at a very young age. Less than two years out of college, I quickly understood the positive impact home ownership can have on one’s financial goals and wellbeing. I’ve lived my entire life in the DELMARVA area and have owned diverse properties. From farms in Southern Maryland and Southwest Virginia, to a Washington DC townhome, to a nationally recognized 215 year-old mansion in Western Maryland, I’ve almost seen it all. I’ve also owned numerous investment properties too. And because of this background, I have extensive experience as a buyer and seller. I have gained knowledge in renovations and investment properties, the unique requirements of historic preservation, acquired an understanding of agricultural and equestrian properties, and land subdivisions, as well as second homes.
I like putting this knowledge to good use in helping my clients. Partnering with my clients to meet their various real estate goals here in Southern Delaware is my full-time vocation. I’m genuinely interested in getting to know and educating my clients and then finding the perfect fit for their real estate needs.
