Pack your swimsuit, hiking boots, and get ready to fall in love with Lake Tahoe!

Over five unforgettable days we’ll explore the best that Lake Tahoe has to offer. We’ll hike to epic views, paddle alongside the stunning shoreline, and kick back on the beach like the queens we are. Oh, and did we mention taking a pontoon out on the lake?

Mornings start with yoga by the lake to awaken our body and mind, while evenings are for unwinding together: playing games, diving into workshops, yoga nindra, and sharing our hearts around the fire.

If you’ve applied for a retreat or Backpacking 101, you WILL hear back from us within a few days! If you haven’t heard back, then be sure to check your spam/junk folders.

If you’ve applied for a SCHOLARSHIP, then you should hear back from us approximately ONE MONTH before the course you applied for! So if you applied for the July course, you’ll hear back from us in June letting you know if you were or were not selected.

It’s an exciting day because I just got my new Backpacking 101 course packets in the mail (written and designed by MUAH)! They have weatherproof covers and lots of space to take notes.

I also got our new brand flags which we will proudly display at the top of summits and in group photos!!

Pinch me because I still can’t believe this is my real life - getting to share my passion for adventure, community and laughter with the most AMAZING sober and sober-curious women (and who I get to call my friends afterwards!!!).
