🎸 Richardson just got a little more room to hang out.

Truck Yard opens Sept. 1, bringing live music seven days a week, rotating food trucks, communal spaces, and plenty of personality to its new Richardson location.

Owner & Founder Jason Boso designed this location with a 1950s and ’60s feel, a living homage to the former Como Motel.

The details are part of the fun, but the bigger idea is simple: a casual place to gather, hear live music, grab some food, and spend time with friends without a cover charge.

State Fair season is almost here! 🎡

From September 25 through October 18, the State Fair of Texas returns to Fair Park with three weeks of Big Tex, Midway rides, live music, and, of course, plenty of fried food. A day at the fair sounds like the perfect excuse to plan a fall getaway:

This Austin-based tea house has officially made its way to Richardson – but don’t expect your typical boba shop. At Milk + Tea, fresh and chewy boba is only one part of the equation.

Their menu brings together high-quality tea, drip coffee, ceremonial matcha, and specialty drinks with an extensive lineup of flavor combinations. Add fresh fruit, boba, jelly, or foam to customize your own beverage, or choose one of their signature creations like the Banana Pudding Matcha or the Mangonada, blended with mango and chamoy.
