Okay after 3 cruises this summer with 3 different companies here is my personal opinion. I cruised on Carnival Magic, Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the seas and MSC Seashore.
Price- Carnival, MSC, Royal
* i had a casino deal so Carnival was much cheaper for me.
* Royal and MSC were roughly the same price, BUT I had an interior on Royal and a balcony on MSC.
*MSC also came with a drink/internet package included.
Itinerary- Carnival, MSC, Royal
* each has their own private island but Carnival’s Half Moon Cay is still my favorite!
Entertainment- Royal, Carnival, MSC
*we did 7 shows in 4 nights because something was always going on in the evenings! We did 1 show in 4 on MSC because they offered very few.
Food- Royal, MSC, Carnival
* i only had the buffet on all cruises and Royal by far had the best options day and night.
Drink packages- MSC, Royal, Carnival
*MSC’s is part of their booking. It’s an extra cost for the others.
*i do LOVE that carnival lets you bring on one 12 pack of pop/soda per person! Royal is only one 12 pack per room. MSC allows nothing.
Internet- Royal by far as they have Voom aka Starlink and it’s only 1 price point and worked perfectly and on their private island!
*Carnival has 3 different tiers of pricing(getting super expensive too) and MSC has 2 tiers. (The cheap tier is included in your booking)
*MSC doesn’t allow transferring between phones or iPads where the others do.
