Established in Fall of 2013, RVA Vapes is Richmond’s premier electronic cigarette and accessories shop. We only carry American and locally made e-Liquid and a wide variety of quality electronic cigarettes and vaping supplies/accessories. Our mission is to help all Vapers, from the new to the

seasoned. We know every customer is different and has different needs, and we will help you find the best product (for you). Testing flavors here is easy, and we always recommend testing every unit and flavor before purchasing. Our shop offers an extensive, custom made tasting bar to try any of our range of flavors. From tobacco flavors to custom mixes, we’re sure you’ll find the right flavor for you. We encourage everyone (new to electronic smoking or not) to stop in and ask questions/test out the latest products on the market. 🚨 Virginia will see some big changes to ni****ne v**e products effective 4/1. It’s been a lot of moving parts since 2024; Altria’s push in 30+ states to enforce only FDA approved v**e products. It sounded like a good plan until you realize the FDA has received applications from thousands of v**e manufacturers & has yet to approve any of them not made by big to***co. Most have filed with FDA & that makes a difference for some state’s lists.
With the change in the VA administration in January & a lawsuit that hit the state on this bill the end of last year, we weren’t sure how this would play out. The lawsuit is still active, however the Attorney General will begin enforcement of this list effective 4/1. If you’ve been in the past few weeks, you’ve probably heard us preparing while also confused. To get on the VA list they are requiring manufacturers to show proof of FDA PMTA submission & $2,000 per sku. Several brands have filed with VA but the majority of the current list includes v**e products made by big to***co. We’ve never carried products made by big to***co & we refuse to start now. We will be bringing in alternate options for all of our customers. If anything changes, we will happily adjust our sails but for the time being please prepare before 4/1.
