Outside are 2 decks with patio furniture, juke box, a comfortable, luxurious hot tub that seats 8, and a large propane BBQ and propane fire pit, complete with a well groomed sizable backyard. A covered RV parking with electrical hook up is available for an additional charge. An 18' camp trailer is also available for accommodations that sleeps 4, for an additional charge. Pop over the bank off of the backyard onto a rustic trail that takes you right to the Salmon River for fantastic fishing holes and beautiful beaches. At the end of the trail you'll find yourself at The Riggins City Park! Walk down Main Street back to The River House to complete the loop! There are 2 full size futons, 2 fainting couches, a game table, desk and big screen TV in the living room, and a twin trundle bed in the common area. Additional sleeping options include a queen size blow up mattress, making a total sleeping capacity of 14! The kitchen is equipped with a propane burner range with electric stove, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, a variety of necessary kitchen utensils, crock pot, serving ware, platters, bowls, etc. The spacious dining room complete with bar amenities with an amazing river view seats 12.
