Ingredients:
⢠1 Butternut squash, peeled and cubed
⢠Extra virgin olive oil
⢠Pure maple syrup
⢠Ground cinnamon
⢠Salt & black pepper
⢠Fresh rosemary
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a bowl, combine butternut squash with olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
4. Roast for 30ā35 minutes, turning halfway through until caramelized and tender.
