I’m Kim, one of the owners and travel advisors of Castle Explorers. I started my career as a product developer in the corporate world, which has sent me exploring all over the United States and China. I was also fortunate to spend a small amount of time living in Paris, France in my college years! I am married to Adam, who I have known since we were in kindergarten! Adam and I enjoy vacationing in

the Caribbean by cruising or staying at all-inclusive resorts. We are a Midwest based family who enjoys traveling together, camping, swimming, and traveling to our favorite place to create memories, Walt Disney World. I am so excited to be able to help other families of all types plan the vacation of their dreams!

• Later Lightning Lane booking windows
• Later dining reservation access than Disney Resort guests

Pin trading became one of our kids’ favorite things to do at Walt Disney World.

If your kids haven’t tried it yet, they can trade Disney pins with cast members throughout the parks and resorts. It turns the whole trip into a little treasure hunt and gives them something fun to look for between rides.

Pro tip: grab a starter set before your trip so they have pins ready to trade right away.

It’s such a simple activity but adds so much fun for kids at Disney.

There’s just something about ending a Disney day exhausted, happy, and covered in pixie dust ✨

Crawling into bed, laying out the towels, ordering pizza, and replaying the day’s best moments together, that’s the magic I’ll remember most.

We tackled four parks, walked more steps than I can count, laughed until we were delirious, and made memories that belong just to us. Doing a solo trip with my kids stretched me in the best way. It gave us space to connect, to be spontaneous, to say yes to the extra snack, the extra ride, the extra hug.

It’s tiring. It’s a lot.
And it is absolutely worth it 🩵

There is something really special about planning a trip where it’s just you and your babies. The bonding, the teamwork, the inside jokes you create, those are the souvenirs that matter most.

Four parks. Endless steps. Core memories made. 💫

Sometimes the best gift you can give your family is time away from the noise, time to laugh, slow down, and just be together.
