How do you get all of you Disney World “must-dos” attractions done in just three days—with no stress—without waking up at the crack of dawn every day of your vacation?
Disney’s private VIP tours! ❤️💚💙
Lily and I just finished three consecutive days of Disney’s private (well, sort of!) VIP Tour, and here are my thoughts…
First, let me say this: A Shared VIP Tour isn’t just about riding more attractions.
It’s about getting the things you really want to do DONE — in the most efficient way possible — so you can spend the rest of your vacation actually relaxing, wandering, eating, shopping, taking pictures, and soaking up Disney instead of constantly thinking:
👉 “What time is our next Lightning Lane?”👉 “How long is that line?”👉 “Where do we go next?”👉 “Are we going to make it?”
Because when you’re the person planning the vacation 🙋🏻♀️, you’re often the person who is still working during the vacation.
One of my favorite parts of a VIP tour is getting to hand over the reins.
I don't have to be in charge.
I don't have to navigate.
I don't have to constantly check wait times.
I don't have to show everyone the fastest way across the park.
I can just be present ❤️
Over three days, Lily and I were able to knock out an incredible number of attractions and experiences in a relatively short amount of time.
And that’s the secret I think people sometimes miss:
The goal of a VIP tour isn't necessarily to spend every waking minute running from attraction to attraction.
The goal is to get your must-dos accomplished efficiently so that the rest of your vacation can be MUCH more leisurely.
Imagine getting through your biggest priority attractions and then having the next day to sleep in, enjoy a long breakfast, explore the resort, sit by the pool, take your time at dinner, or just stroll through the parks without feeling like you're on a mission.
That’s the kind of Disney vacation I LOVE. 🥰
And did I mention the free snacks?! 🥨🍿🧁🍦
During your tour, each person get two complimentary snacks (up to $10 each) on Mickey!! Plus unlimited water/sodas throughout the tour.
New Disney Friends?! Yes, please! 🩷
And lastly, but certainly not least, is making new friends who love Disney just as much as you!
You start the day as strangers…
…and by the end, you're swapping Disney stories, laughing together, comparing favorite attractions and talking about your next trips.
I've seen shared tours turn into friendships that continue long after everyone leaves the park. And that's pretty magical ✨
🛍️ And then there’s the merch…
There are two locations where you can buy exclusive merch that is only available for purchase during your VIP tour!
I do have one request for Walt Disney World, if they are listening after all of this: Please, for the love of God, bring back resort delivery for VIP merch! 😂
Because when you're on a VIP tour and you've just spent $600 on merch, the last thing you want to do is carry it around with you for the rest of the tour.
Poor Lily carried that huge bag around all night and I thought she was going to call CPS on me 😂
And finally, please take a rest day in between your tours!
We did three consecutive days of VIP tours in a row.
Would I do it again? No. Not without a rest day in between each tour.
There were muscles hurting that I didn't even know I HAD.
A VIP tour is incredibly efficient, but you're still walking.
Like, A LOT.
So if you're planning multiple VIP tour days, my advice would be:
Tour → REST → Tour → REST
Your feet will thank you.
Your legs will thank you.
And your family may actually continue speaking to you 😂
One last takeaway?
The biggest benefit of a VIP tour isn't how many attractions you can ride.
It’s about being able to be present, take in the joy all around you, that you are usually too distracted to notice.
You can stop being the person responsible for every single detail.
You can stop watching the clock.
You can stop worrying about whether you're going to get everything done.
You can stop being the family's Disney air-traffic controller 😂
And instead…You get to be part of your own vacation.
You get to laugh.
You get to snack.
You get to meet other Disney lovers.
You get to enjoy the little moments.
And you get to walk away knowing that your biggest Disney "must-dos" are already checked off the list.
Then the rest of your vacation?
Take your time. Enjoy it. Breathe.
That's the real magic of a VIP tour ✨🏰🩷
Would you ever consider doing a Shared VIP Tour?
What if it meant getting your biggest priorities done in a short amount of time so you could have a MUCH more relaxed Disney vacation afterward?
If you've been thinking about trying one, this might be your sign 😉
