We are watching carefully for changes in the weather forecast for Sunday and Greenbelt Farmers Market. The forecast has been quite fickle over the last day or two! We'll make a call by 8 am Sunday morning and post it here, as to whether or not we'll be at the market. Hoping for no rain - and to see all of you there at the market!

We're packed and ready to head out to the Fairy & Gnome Home Festival at the Annmarie Sculpture Garden in Solomons MD. Festival runs from 11 - 4 Sunday. Please see yesterday's post or my Calendar page at mysticwatersoap.com for festival details.

Calendar update! We are very sorry to say we have had to cancel our participation in the Montpelier Festival of Herbs, Tea, and the Arts schedule for tomorrow/Saturday.

We are hopeful of keeping to our schedule for Sunday: Our first-time participating in the Faerie and Gnome Home Festival at the Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center in Solomons MD. It's a place you'd enjoy visiting any time - special events or not. But with a Faerie and Gnome festival, how could you pass it up? Hours are 11 - 4, leaving plenty of time for a nice dinner on Solomon's Island afterwards. The weather looks beautiful.

Please note the following about tickets for the festival: "Reserve your advance tickets online - $12/person online ($17 at the gate, if not sold out); kids 2 & under free, members free; unicorn rides require advance tickets; SNAP card holders, click on Event Info box for discount ticket info"

ONLY A FEW SHOPPING DAYS for the holidays! Tomorrow, Thursday (the 21st)will be my last day at Riverdale Park Farmers Market this year. Bundle up and come out to stock up on soap and body care products for yourself, for the winter, or for gifts this holiday season. The market is from 3pm till 6:30 pm.

After that, you can find me at the last regular Greenbelt Farmers Market of the season this Sunday (the 24th), and then at the wonderful Greenbelt Sparkle Mart crafts fair in the Community Center on Saturday and Sunday, December 7th and 8th.

Twice a year, we cross the Potomac to see our many Virginia friends. October is here, and we're ready to go!
Saturday, October 5th, Art on the Avenue in Del Ray (Alexandria).
Saturday, October 12th, City of Fairfax Fall Festival in Old Fairfax.

Both Sundays, we'll be at our regularly scheduled Greenbelt Farmers Market - never fear!

Greenbelt Farmers Market , I'm sorry to miss the market on Sunday (Sept. 29th). With the forecast indicating it could be a very humid, dark and damp day with some rain, the risk to my products is higher than I can afford to take. We look forward to better weather next week, and hope to see you then!
