Meet Ericka 🧜‍♀️🌊

Since joining us in February, Ericka .below has been absolutely crushing it—and we’re so grateful to have her energy, passion, and presence on the team.

A freediver, snorkel guide, mermaid instructor, and yoga instructor… she truly embodies the Live Free lifestyle.

Ericka’s connection to the ocean runs deep. She grew up on the water, and that lifelong love has evolved into something really special—guiding others to feel at home in the sea, just like she does. What started on the yoga mat naturally flowed into freediving, where she found a sense of freedom and peace beneath the surface.

Now, she brings that same calm, grounded energy into every experience she leads. She has a way of making people feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely present in the water.

Her philosophy is simple:
Through conscious breathing and fluid movement, anyone can connect with the ocean.

Meet Katie 💙🌊

From the moment she joined us in December 2025, we knew she was something special—and we’re SO grateful to have her as part of the team.

Katie is the perfect blend of scientist, ocean lover, and adventure guide. With over a decade in marine science and conservation, she brings a deep understanding of coral reefs, marine life, and the ecosystems we get to explore every day. But what really makes her stand out is how she shares that knowledge—with passion, curiosity, and a genuine love for helping others connect with the ocean.

Her journey has taken her across the globe—diving in places like Indonesia, the Philippines, Mexico, Thailand, and Belize—gaining hands-on experience in coral restoration, fish surveys, and conservation projects along the way. In 2023, she completed her Divemaster training in Indonesia, where she worked on both scientific and recreational dives, further deepening her connection to the underwater world.

Whether she’s guiding you through your first snorkel, capturing epic underwater moments, or pointing out the tiny details you might otherwise miss—Katie has a way of making every experience feel meaningful, safe, and unforgettable.

She believes the ocean isn’t just something you visit… it’s something you feel.

Here in South Florida, we’re lucky enough to be able to snorkel year round! Conditions can be trickier to predict as we get further from Summer, but time it right and the water can be immaculate!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience. Water was incredibly clear so we saw a variety of fish,
Sting rays and crab. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Loved that the water was a warm 85 degrees which made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this excursion.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Recommend! They were so great and gave us extra time on the boat. All expectations were exceeded. Definitely planning on doing another day with them again when we come back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We booked a snorkeling tour with Farrell. Our original location at Phil Foster bridge had to be cancelled due to a pipe bursting in the area which caused unsafe levels of bacteria in the water. Farrell texted me the morning of our tour to let me know about another area we could go to instead. I really appreciated him doing this rather than cancelling our excursion. We met at Riviera Beach and enjoyed looking at the reef there. Farrell was patient with my daughters and I, explaining how to fit and use the gear. We are all novices. He brought out a floatation disk that we could hang onto if we got tired out on the water. He took photos and video (this does cost extra) of us and the fish we saw while snorkeling. We had a wonderful time! One daughter and I did get a bit motion sick from the waves, but this was mostly alleviated by looking straight down rather than trying to look around while floating. We all felt safe and comfortable with Farrell - he’s a good instructor and we were in good hands. Thanks again!

It’s been a heck of a summer 🌴☀️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great time with Parker at Blue Heron Bridge! She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the wildlife we saw, happy to go at whatever pace we needed, & great at navigating the other groups in the water. I think this snorkel trail is definitely doable without a guide, but I’m not sure we would have been able to find it without one. I would definitely recommend this snorkel tour for beginners! Live Free Diving tour groups are very small too (1:4) which we definitely appreciated.
