The other half of our week in Playa del Carmen was at Hyatt Vivid (recently changed from Hilton Playa del Carmen). This is a much larger resort than the Wyndham yet the friendly staff and service were exceptional. Thanks to Vacation Express for my Freebie Week! 🇲🇽🫶🏻☀️🍷

Enjoying a few days at the Wyndham Alltra in Playa Del Carmen! The food and drinks have been very good, and we like the atmosphere of a smaller Adults Only all-inclusive!

While many travelers think of Cancun for their Mexican vacations, the Pacific coast of Mexico has its own distinct charm and attractions.
We recently had the pleasure of visiting Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, situated 30 minutes south of Cabo by the Sea of Cortez. The region's tourist season runs from November to May, offering an ideal climate with plenty of sunshine and ocean breezes. Additionally, between mid-December and mid-April, you can experience the thrill of witnessing whale migrations, with numerous mother and baby whales to spot. The area is also known for its exceptional dining options and lively celebrations.
Other popular destinations along Mexico's Pacific coast include Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta, which are favored by many American travelers.

Our second visit to the Azores, this time to Sao Miguel. A bit rainy to start a tour with Miguel but ended in a beautiful sunny day.
Two more sea days and then to Porto, Portugal where I hear they make wine! 🍷🛳️
