Griesemer Beekeeping LLC We strive to keep you as happy as our bees. Griesemer Beekeeping is a small family owned and operated business.

James Griesemer started Griesemer Beekeeping in 2006 after becoming involved in Beekeeping through his high schools agricultural science program. It was then that he got his first hives, linked with local beekeeper mentors and purchased his first equipment. Now, James and his wife, Christine, are growing the business by increasing the hiveyards and direct marketing the honey to the community, so t

hey can offer education to their customers about beekeeping and their honey products. Griesemer Beekeeping specializes in swarm removal, equipment sales, honey extraction, pollination services and honey sales. We intend to provide education to the community relating to apiculture, benefits of honey, and other related bee topics through presentations and direct marketing of our honey products. We plan to give back to the community through mentoring beginning beekeepers to help them maintain their own hives and educate them on the basics of beekeeping. 🍅 High Tunnel Update – Tomatoes, Cucumbers , Lima Beans & Herbs Thriving! 🍅

Things are looking fantastic in our high tunnel for our first season, and we’re excited to share a quick update on what’s growing:

🍅 Tomatoes – Our tomato plants are starting to flower!

🌱 Lima Beans – These heat-loving beans are climbing strong. The high tunnel is giving them a great head start.

🌿 Herbs – Basil, cilantro, dill, thyme and parsley are absolutely thriving in the protected environment. Fresh, fragrant, and soon ready to head to your kitchen!

We love using high tunnels to extend our growing season and give our crops a healthy boost. Stay tuned — we’ll be offering fresh picks when they are ready!
