A windjammer welcome to our new chef on the Schooner Grace Bailey, Randy Braunberger! A veteran of New York’s high-end catering scene, he’s cooked for presidents, celebrities, and food lovers alike. His food career has taken him all around the world and his work has been featured on CBS, Food Network, and in Gourmet and Down East magazines.

After a decade as Executive Chef at a lakeside resort in Western Maine’s White Mountain region and a memorable season as chef aboard the Stephen Taber, Randy is thrilled to once again sail Penobscot Bay—bringing with him a love of fresh, soulful, locally-inspired cuisine and a deep appreciation for the region that first stole his heart in 1988.
