Guests are coming to see our bat show already. Last night we had a Houstonian, an Illinoisan, and a German on the tour. Bats are meager in number, started at 8:25, but we had a nice visit from both Great Horned owl parents, especially delightful since two of the guests were birders!

Evening bat tours begin Thursday, May 1, but bats are minimal in number. Last night we had about 50 between 8:15 and 8:30.
Tour begins at 7:15 at the Rocksprings Visitors Center, but we suggest waiting for bat numbers to increase.
Day tours to see the cave; nature walks; and birding is otherwise available during the day. WE ARE OPEN WEDNESDAYS THROUGH SUNDAYS.
All tours start at the Rocksprings Visitors Center. Reservations are very useful: call 830-683-2287 to reserve a tour or email [email protected]
