It's Almost Time For BABA! The annual Bands, Arts, Bourbon & Ale Festival is this Saturday, June 6, from 2-8 PM at The Homestead (1125 Tazewell Street). FREE gate admission. In additon to live music and a variety of great food and the best craft beer and bourbon in the region (food and drink for purchase) visitors can visit the artisan market and pick up a unique handmade gift for Father's Day (June 21). For example a wooden ornament or plaque from Artisan Kindling, a unique landscape art framed painting from Chuck Johnson Art, a unique wine cork tray from CrowChic, a bowl cozie with their favorite team from Nancy Blum Art and even an impressionist oil painting from Kay Sutherland Studio. By the way, Kay will be painting one of her unique creations at the event!
