We have the last week of September available along with a couple of weeks in October! Fall is my favorite time of the year to visit the Outerbanks. The fishing is great then as well 🎣 🐠 🐟
For centuries, fishing has been a way of life for Outer Bankers and a popular recreational activity for both residents and visitors. Here at the seashore, there are many ways to enjoy the pastime – from surf fishing to throwing a line in off the Bonner Bridge Pier, there’s no shortage of places to fish. 🐟
Never experienced coastal fishing before? No worries! Our rangers have you covered. Every Wednesday during the summer, you can join a ranger on Hatteras Island for a lesson on surf fishing – they’ll bring the gear, and you bring the bait! Registration is required.
