We hope Atlantic Dreams never ends up in the Atlantic. My heart absolutely breaks for the homeowners and the environment. I am sad the insurance industry prevents proactive removal :(

Guess what!?!? Oh you will never guess.....Atlantic Dreams OBX grew by 25 feet today!! Yes you read that right we purchased the lot next to us!!!
We have plans to do some special things with it but until then we will enjoy the knowledge that no one will be building a tiny house that will over look the pool at Atlantic Dreams OBX.

Please do not dig holes, while fun it may be deadly in an instant.

"It didn’t matter that we were literally right there," said Therese. "It was just a hole and then it was nothing. And then it just becomes chaos and horror."

🕳️ Please don’t dig holes on the beach. They are a falling hazard for folks walking the beach, public safety patrolling, and a deadly collapse hazard for those digging them. 🏖️

We are almost ready for the season! We can’t wait for our guests to enjoy the sweet sounds and sights of the beach ☀️🌊⛱️
Deep clean, carpet and tile clean are scheduled for next week. Not many upgrades this year as a new roof is in our future, 👎🏻 😫
The new living room chair and a few deck chairs are delayed a couple of weeks so no picture.

Last day walk in the beach this morning and Mother Ocean and Earth were very generous.
Not only did I see a gorgeous sunrise 🌄 but I saw tons of dolphins 🐬 and found these.
Now if you know me I had searched years for my first one, drove Corey crazy. To find this many in Rodanthe is INSANE and a true gift!
