Four straight quarters of being a “Superhost”…what does that mean? We finished our first year of offering OZ Landing as a short term rental!! This has been much more rewarding than I ever imagined! We have met amazing people from all over and have realized how blessed we are to live within walking distance to Downtown Rogers…so if you want to visit….reach out! Now about that bonus….Ill be spending it on a stay visiting my boy! 😊

Wow! Whirlwind week! Our shutters finally arrived!!! We HAD to have them before hosting guests…and our adorable curtains are finally up…stay tuned…we will be going live on Airbnb shortly! So excited to host a few guests from local friends that needed a place and of course family over the holidays. Its better LATE than never…just off the bricks in DT Rogers…a wonderful place to call your home away from home in NWA.

The doors, windows and Hardie board are all going up this week at . We are so excited to share all that NWA has to offer...right in the heart of the Ozarks! Its our home..and we want to welcome you to experience it all! ❤️

We are very thrilled to receive the first phase of the landscape design for our property--OZ Landing will feature a 1/2 circle drive and ample parking to back in your boat if you are staying to enjoy our beautiful Beaver Lake. While the property is lined with very large mature trees--we have incorporated an outdoor fire pit, hammock for lounging in the canapoy of the giant walnut trees, and beautiful landscaping---we are so thrilled about each and every part of OZ Landing--inside and out!
