WE OFFICIALLY HAVE POWER!!! 🙌 ✨️

We are so extremely grateful to have our power AND internet back on at all 7 of our units. Huge S/O to SWEPCO, Carroll Electric, all the technicians, linemans, & volunteers that have been working day & night to help our community recover from the overwhelming damage from the tornado that hit our beloved Rogers.

For anyone that has been displaced because of the storms, all of our units are listed on Airbnb for nightly rental & we would be happy to host you!

Our community has really come together for one another, has been so strong through this tragedy & we just know we will come out even stronger on the other side!

WHAT A WEEKEND!!! 🍾🎊

Someone pinch us because it still feels like a dream!

We had the amazing opportunity to host friends, local business owners, & local running & cycling groups for a very special dinner & wine pairing to celebrate our soft opening!

HAPPY FRIDAY EVE!! 😊

Just a quick update on DTR's soon to be favorite place to stay... WE HAVE A PARKING LOT!!

Also, we have been working hard to install railings on each unit's deck as well as finishing up walkways to each unit AND we added a splash of color to livin up our industrial look by painting each front door a different color!

We are in the final stages of finishing up these units & we are so so excited to get them open to the public!!

We know you guys are also anxiously waiting, but for now check out these progress pics & be sure to keep an eye out for more as we start to furnish the inside! 👀

Hope you didn't think we ghosted you! 👻 We've just been so busy making sure that your new favorite go to vacay-staycay is worthy of creating, not only the perfect 'no caption needed' post, but also a sense of community in the midst of Downtown Rogers.

Happy Hump Day y'all! 🐪👋

Midweek update for you, our soffit & fascia is complete! It might be biased, but woooooo buddy we think that black metal looks slick!

Insulation is also done, time to hang that drywall! These bad boys are really starting to take shape!

Next step is siding & to get a nice contrast going we are doing metal siding AND lap siding!!
