This week, I’m at Finest Playa Mujeres—what questions can I help answer for you while I’m here? 👀🌴

This is an amazing family-friendly all-inclusive, especially if you’ve got little ones. I’d say it’s more geared toward families with younger kids rather than teens—but I’ve still seen plenty of multigenerational families enjoying it together.

There’s a dedicated kids area with water slides that are perfect for younger kids (my girls are obsessed 😍), and the beach here is absolutely breathtaking—wide, soft sand and that unreal blue water.

We’re staying in the Finest Club, which is their upgraded experience. That includes:
• Larger, upgraded suites
• Access to exclusive areas and lounges
• A private pool and beach section
• Extra personalized service (think priority reservations and little VIP touches)

It’s one of those resorts that really balances luxury + family-friendly without feeling chaotic.

Meet me — just with a little extra character.

I’m married to my beautiful wife, and we have two amazing daughters. We finally feel like we’re in a season where traveling as a family is doable (and honestly, so much fun).

I’m always chasing warm destinations 🌴 — sunshine > everything.
So far, we have Mexico and Disney on the calendar for this year, with a few other destinations in the works 👀

A few random things about me:
• I'm a very picky eater but ’ll eat just about anything that has chicken
• I love music and playing piano
• I’m wired to create and love sharing that creativity with people
• And St. Lucia is hands down one of my favorite places we’ve ever visited — absolute perfection!

Reminder: Starting February 1, if you don’t have a REAL ID or acceptable form of ID (like a passport!) for domestic flights, you may pay a $45 fee to verify your identity through TSA ConfirmID. A passport card ($30) or passport book are both accepted REAL ID alternatives for domestic air travel and can help you avoid this fee, but just remember that a passport card cannot be used for international air travel (you'll need a passport book for that). If you’re planning international travel this year or next, this is an important reminder.

Many countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. Even if your passport hasn’t expired yet, you may still be denied boarding or entry if it’s too close to expiration.

Here’s what to check:
• Make sure your passport is valid 6+ months after your trip ends
• Check that you have at least 1–2 blank pages (some countries require this)
• If renewing, allow plenty of time—processing times can vary
• Name on your passport must match your airline ticket exactly

This is one of the most common travel issues I see, and it’s easily avoidable with a quick check now.
