Please pray for our brother Shaykh Anas Daghameen, Imam of Islamic Center of South Bay-LA (ICSB), who was admitted in the ICU late Thursday night with sudden and severe pain in the head due to a hemorrhage. The family is very distressed and requests all your duas for his quick recovery.

By the grace of Allah we were able to hold our first Eid Al-Adha prayer on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and celebrate Eid safely outdoors with our community. Thank you to the city of Rolling Hills Estates, the board of IQRA Academy of Palos Verdes and all the volunteers who helped set up.

Treasurer Wajahat Dedmari welcomed the crowd, followed by a speech by President Mustaqim Syed. The first Eid prayer and Khutbah was led by Brother Mohammed Atiya, with a second prayer led by our resident Imam Brother Saidu Moulvi.

By the grace of Allah we will be holding our first Eid Ul-Fitr prayer on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

Please bring your own prayer mats. Masks are required, and CDC and local guidelines must be followed while meeting outdoors for prayer.
Families are welcome! Refreshments will be served after the Khutbah.

The board of IQRA Academy of Palos Verdes would like to wish you all a joyous and prosperous Eid al-Fitr. Unfortunately we can not all pray in congregation as a community and enjoy each others company like we usually do, so please enjoy a wonderful Eid with your families and loved ones at home. May Allah grant all our prayers from this Ramadan and make this time easy for all of us and those less fortunate.

Please keep us all in your duas, and Insha Allah we will all be able to pray at our Musalla again soon.
