I treasure each and every one of my travel clients. I am excited to plan your vacation no matter who you are .All travel agents are cautioned not to book last minute air only trips for people they don’t know. That scenario is rife with credit card fraud, identity theft and so on. Therefore any air only bookings are exclusively for previous clients of mine, and it comes with a fee added. Today I had to block a man, a stranger, who became irate when I declined his request. He accused me of bias because of who he is and where his one day cross country trip was headed. No matter how many times I explained my policy he called me a liar. It pains me that people (in the current environment ) feel set upon and discriminated against, but I will not alter my sensible policy.
