This standalone house (not a carriage house or flat) has two private king bedrooms upstairs, each with its own private bath, and a half bath downstairs. It is located right on the boardwalk that leads directly to 2500 feet of glorious white sand beaches and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico about 400 yards away The house is also perfectly situated next to the cabana pool and a gated playground

. The primary bedroom has a king bed with its own private bath and balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and its own private bath. Each bedroom has its own 40” flat screen Roku TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances and conveniences. Porches off the upstairs main bedroom and downstairs living area provide a comfortable setting for soaking in the beautiful scenery. In addition, there is a private patio off the kitchen with a gas grill and eating area to cook and enjoy a steak or freshly-caught fish. There’s also an outdoor shower on to wash all the sand off! The Rosemary Beach Community has a total of four pools (one indoor and heated for cooler temperatures), tennis courts, and a gym with a weight room. First-class restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Additionally, there are five golf courses within 20 miles of the house. We have 4 adult bicycles for you to enjoy the 30-A bicycle trail which connects the nearby coastal communities of Seagrove, Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach. In addition, we have a wagon to tote all your beach gear to the beach.

Friday, November 26: Tree Lighting Ceremony - 6 PM, South Barrett Square. Enjoy musical performances and see Santa's big arrival and the lighting of the tree. Then enjoy a carriage ride throughout town, followed by the Merchant Holiday Open House - visit the Town Center Merchants after the tree lighting for a very special evening of holiday shopping and refreshments!

Friday, November 26: Yoga with Michelle – 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM, located at the St. Augustine Amphitheater (complimentary). Please bring a towel or mat.

Saturday, November 27: Breakfast with Santa, 8AM to 11 AM, Town Hall. Included is a boxed breakfast, a professional color photo with Santa and a special goodie bag from Gigi’s! Tickets are $20 and available at the door. 100% of admission proceeds will go to the South Walton Fire Department’s Angel Tree Program.
