🎡 A day at the Great Minnesota Get-Together! 🎡

Root beer, french fries, the big slide, furry friends, Paul Bunyan, and lots of laughs… our residents and staff packed a lot into one day at the Minnesota State Fair! 🐷🍟🐶

One of our favorite parts of working at ACR is getting to experience life with the people we care for—not just providing care, but making memories, trying new things, and enjoying the little moments together. ❤️

And yes, sunscreen reapplication is always part of the caregiver agenda. ☀️😂

✨ When you get to see all of your ACR besties at Employee Appreciation ✨

Last night had us smiling from ear to ear! It was so fun gathering together and celebrating all of the important work we do. From free food trucks, to bounce houses, lamas, and a puppy petting station there was fun to be had with friends all around.

I think it’s safe to say that Employee Appreciation 2026 was a success. We already can’t wait for next year.

"As I stood there and listened, I started to glance around me. What caught my eye was three young caretakers paying such good attention and showing so much thoughtfulness towards two special needs individuals in wheelchairs. I just took a moment to look at how they were showing a caring attitude towards their clients and it just made me smile. I thought to myself, “That is how I would like Jilli’s caretakers to interact with her.

After a minute or so, I decided to make my way towards these three young female caretakers and asked them who they worked for. When I got to them and asked them that question, I wasn’t surprised when they responded, “Oh, we work for ACR Homes”. "
