Some days I am this turtle — fully pulled into my shell, cozy, and not exactly eager to get out of bed. I am NOT a morning person.

But even turtles eventually stick their heads out and get moving.
Not because they suddenly feel bold…
but because staying tucked in only works for so long.

So, today’s reminder:
You don’t have to be fast. You don’t have to be thrilled about it. Just take one small step out of your shell today.

We’re all a little turtle sometimes — come out anyway.

This week's finds are a little wild and a little practical!

🏞 Blue Mounds State Park- Gorgeous views, quiet trails, and the bison tour. This is my friend Ruth's favorite Mn state park.

🥤 Just Ingredients Protein Powder available at The Daily Apple Worthington because we're all trying to get enough protein. This is my new favorite clear protein — simple ingredients, great flavor, and it actually mixes well. Make it a slushie for a great way to cool down after a sweaty day!

🪨 Interstate State Park (MN)
Gorgeous St. Croix River views, unique rock formations, and trails that make you stop and take in the beauty. Everyone should get to see the world's largest explored pothole!
