Coming to Rowlett Main Street Minute with Chance, we’re featuring Jazzercise at the Rowlett Community Center, locally owned by Julie Andrews Grindele.

Whether you’re looking to get in shape, boost your energy, or just have fun while working out, Jazzercise combines dance, strength training, and cardio into a full-body workout that’s perfect for all fitness levels.

Welcome to Main Street Minute with Chance — and this month we’re featuring Ollie’s Azul House, located inside the beautiful Historic Oliver House in Downtown Rowlett.

Step inside and experience handcrafted tequilas, gourmet tacos, and a story that’s rooted right here in Rowlett history. Each menu item is thoughtfully named after local historical figures and landmarks, making every visit more than just a meal — it’s a taste of our community’s story.

Hear where the name Ollie’s Azul House came from, meet the General Manager Matt as he talks about the experience, and discover what makes this downtown gem so special.

Here are just a few tequilas they will feature El Tesoro, Fortaleza, Cazcanes
Suerte, Don Vicente, G4, Tapatio, Patron, Don Julio, Casmigas.

On the taco side they will have lots of options - some classics - ground beef, shredded chicken, steak, fish, shrimp, etc as well as some chef specialties, and they will offer a build your own concept with lots of options.
