Jeff Pelletier, Athletic Director at MVHS was the featured speaker Monday, August 17, 2026. His presentation was on his passion program he started two years ago Mountain Valley High Schools Athletics Hall of Famers!

Jeff graduated from Mountain Valley High 2006 went on to college and received his Bachelors Degree in Math! He received a call from Matt Gilbert, MVHS Principal to join the MVH Staff as a Math teacher for which graciously accepted! He became the MVHS Athletic Director and started putting together the Athletic Hall of Famers dating back to the 70’s! It’s been quite a journey digging through old archives and newspapers and asking for nominees of former athletes whom achieved great success during their high school years!

Jeff convinced his his wife to return to the River Valley where they both grew up and they have two children a daughter and son! Jeff absolutely loves the area and wanted to promote the importance of living in such a fine community !

A big thank you and a gift of appreciation was given to Joann Bisson, CEO of Oxford Fedreal Credit Union and Fellow Rotarian for writing a grant
which was approved by Rotary District 7780 which provided much needed funds to the Larry LaBonte Recovery Center!
