One million tulips are about to bloom right here in our backyard and we could not be more excited to share this with you. 🌷

The Tulip Festival is coming just outside of Fredericksburg in King George County for two weekends in April and it is unlike anything our area has ever seen.

The Bluebell Festival is on Saturday, April 4, and we anticipate a significant increase in park visitors. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please be aware of the following temporary changes that weekend:

🔹 Canoe Launch: The canoe launch will be closed to all incoming and outgoing boats from Friday, April 3, at 7 p.m. through Saturday, April 4, at 7 p.m.
🔹 Horse Trailers: Horse trailers will not be permitted in the park on April 4.
🔹 Parking: Please follow the guidance of park staff and volunteers upon arrival.
🔹 Groups: Any organized group of 10 or more individuals must submit a special use permit.
