Inside every GOTR participant is an unwavering strength, and in the ‘Hello, Mountain Mover!’ curriculum, they develop the tools to navigate challenges and overcome obstacles! This curriculum helps girls discover their I Can! Power: the confidence to do hard things and believe in themselves. Through powerful lessons, energizing movement, and conversations that build a growth mindset, girls learn they’re capable of more than they ever imagined. This season, these GOTR girls learned about what it means to stick up for a friend and use their I Can! Power against negative language. 🏔️

Inside every GOTR participant is a one-of-a-kind light, and in the ‘Hello, Superstar!’ curriculum, they gain the self-assurance to let it shine for all to see! These lessons help girls discover their Star Power: the confidence to love who they are, celebrate their uniqueness, and inspire others to shine. Through fun movement, meaningful conversations, and activities that build skills and connection, girls learn how to show up as themselves. This season, these GOTR girls learned all about sharing their Star Power with others by writing uplifting words and messages to each other. Howe can you show off your Star Power? 🌟
