Well just got back and uneventful.
Kevin's checking all audio files and I will look over video. Someone was there with us but did not engage with us. Thermal camera pi ked up cold spot at upstairs bathroom doorway. Not the a/c.

What a tour this evening. I love when children come out. Tonight I had 8 adults and 1 child. The little girl is 7 years old. As much as I tried to scare her she wasn't scared. So the picture is of the Ximenez Fatio House, it's the house on the right with the balcony. Now this little girl of course is smaller. While I'm talking I see her looking at the balcony as she points to it, and I read her lips as to what she was saying. So I stopped talking and motioned her mother over to me. I told the mother that her daughter saw something on the balcony. I asked her to ask her daughter what is she pointing at. The daughter then replied, " the little girl up there."
Her mother looked at me and asked who it was. I didn't even get to talk about the little girl on the balcony, lol. But she did see Madeline an 8 and a half year old who is in that home for over 200 years. That's what makes a tour great.

Well unfortunately it's time to sell my tour business. I'm not able to keep it going. The physical issues from my car accident this past November, and an aging Parent who needs my constant attention and a cap of what I can make because of retirement doesn't allow me the time or enjoyment anymore.

Fantastic Walking Tour!
Viator review: Walk the Oldest Streets of South St. Augustine Haunting Tour
We did this tour as a family for my daughter’s 13th birthday. We’re locals, so we’ve done several of St Augustine’s ghost tours but this might be my new favorite! I really enjoyed the Aviles Street portion of the tour. Our guide was both personable and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job sharing a few new (to us) stories about the Oldest City’s less…corporeal inhabitants. Highly recommend!
