🍴 A day of flavors, history, and great company in St. Augustine!
This amazing group of four joined us for a Food Tour that blended the city’s rich history with an incredible tasting journey.

Here’s what we enjoyed together:
🍷 Continental European bite – Lamb meatloaf with asparagus mash, red wine reduction, paired with a smooth Spanish Tempranillo–Grenache blend
🦞 Refined French flair – Escargot bubbling with garlic & cheese, paired with a crisp Chardonnay
🇬🇷 Greek stop – Juicy lamb gyro & sizzling saganaki cheese, paired with a bold Agiorgitiko red
🍮 Sweet finale – Silky algorrobina custard from South America, paired with a light dessert wine

👻 SOLD OUT at 10:30 PM! This spirited crew joined us for a late-night Ghost Tour — captured here in front of the stunning Lightner Museum and City Hall, once known as Hotel Alcazar.

Built in 1888 by Henry Flagler, the Alcazar was the place for high society leisure — complete with one of the largest indoor swimming pools of its time. Today, that same pool houses Café Alcazar, where staff and late-night caterers have reported strange occurrences for decades…

💬 Unseen footsteps echo across the drained pool… kitchen doors swing open on their own… and more than one employee has heard whispers in an empty dining room. Some say the spirits of former hotel guests have never checked out.

🍷 What a fantastic evening with a group of 7 awesome guests who joined us for our 4 PM Food & History Tour this weekend!

They enjoyed 5 excellent stops featuring locally loved dishes, thoughtful wine pairings, and a sweet local dessert to top it all off. But this tour isn’t just about great food — it’s also a journey through history led by a knowledgeable historian, making sure every story you hear is real, accurate, and engaging. 🏛️

We’re also proud to say — our tours are family- and kid-friendly (ages 8+ welcome!)
