Started the route marking yesterday for the ride this coming Saturday June 8. We will be starting this year from Spencer Park in Vernonia Oregon 377 Bridge Street. There should be plenty of parking at or near the start/finish line. We should be set up Saturday morning by 6 am and will be accepting same day registration. You will also need to stop by and pick up your packet before you depart. Century route will be marked with bright orange arrows and the metric century route will be marked with bright green arrows. The map should also be available for download on ride with gps

Well, it's been a fun six years, but it is true when they say that some good things must come to an end. Since 2017, Lety Juarez Sisson has been helping Cycle Columbia County put on the best ride for you, our participants, and this year, she will sadly be leaving us.

She joined us right as our 2017 ride took place, and somehow, we managed to keep her and her bubbly personality with us. She has helped with marketing, communications, and sponsorships, and if that wasn't enough on her plate, she then took on the role to help co-organize the ride. Her eager smile greeted you all to help you in those early mornings as our coffees were barely kicking in. She cheered you on as you returned because, let's face it, those roads are rough, and hearing "YOU DID IT!" was exactly what you needed.

Volunteers such as her have made Cycle Columbia County what it continues to be today.

So please help us give a warm send-off to this exceptional individual.
