Due to the high costs of baking supplies and shortages on butter and eggs, I will only be offering lefse for sale this year.

Lefse will be available the week of Thanksgiving and December 14-24th. Pre-order only and flash frozen.

There will be limited fresh lefse for pick up on specific days.

6-10” rounds $12 (same as last year)

If you are a previous customer, watch your email for more information.

I don’t want to significantly raise my prices to compensate so I’ve decided a hiatus is best.

I should join the circus with my great juggling skills!
Lefse potatoes boiling, toffee butter cooking, crinkles ready to assemble, lefse butter&cream ready for riced taters, and peanut butter blossoms in the mixer!

*each project has their own space, utensils, bowls and spoon rests. I just set them together for a second for the photo. No peanut butter cross-contamination!
