Best Jets International is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician with an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate to join our team. We’re looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, approaches troubleshooting with care, and puts safety first.

Responsibilities:
▪️Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
▪️Diagnose and resolve aircraft mechanical, electrical, and system discrepancies.
▪️Complete work in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, manufacturer instructions, and company procedures.
▪️Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
▪️Communicate maintenance findings, parts requirements, and work status to the maintenance team.
▪️Maintain proper tool control and a clean, organized work environment.
▪️Support safe, reliable aircraft operations while meeting maintenance schedules.

Required Qualifications:
▪️Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
▪️Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical publications.
▪️Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
▪️Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
▪️Clear communication skills and a commitment to safe maintenance practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
▪️Experience maintaining jet aircraft.
▪️Experience troubleshooting aircraft electrical and avionics systems.
▪️Experience supporting time-sensitive aircraft maintenance.

Compensation and Benefits:
