We're thrilled to announce the return of "Cooking at the Brewery: A Taste of Oktoberfest " for two special dates this fall! Get whisked away to ’Bavaria’ as we go on a culinary journey together. As part of this one-of-a-kind evening you'll enjoy an engaging cooking class from the chefs at Way Cool Cooking School hosted exclusively at Utepils Brewing Co, a flight of five craft b**rs of your choice from Utepils, a welcome German soft pretzel from Aki's BreadHaus, make and enjoy a 3-course dinner featuring handmade Spätzle, Pork Schnitzel, b**r-cheese soup and a German chocolate cake...all shared with great company!

Join us on Trolls Among The Trees: A Whimsical Overnight Hiking Adventure in Detroit Lakes for a special fall foliage installment on Saturday, October 3 through Sunday, October 4. As part of this adventure, we'll set out on a one-of-a-kind treasure hunt to discover the whereabouts of five of Thomas Dambo's supersized trolls, two magic portals, and one villainous golden rabbit. From exploring the diverse countryside and the parks these sculptures reside in to taking in the views of picturesque Lake Detroit, enjoying some delicious meals and festive drinks to relaxing in your lakeside hotel room…this weekend getaway has something for everyone.

Our inaugural ‘Brunch Boat: A St. Croix River Valley Jazz Brunch Cruise’ was an absolute blast! From the incredible music from the Zacc Harris Trio, the delicious brunch spread, the beautiful scenery aboard the lovely Stillwater River Boats, the festive drinks, and the stunning weather…all shared with a literal boatload of guests.
