I specialize in providing relational therapy services to families, couples and individuals. I have experience in working with adults, children and families who face transitions such as adoption, loss, and divorce, have experienced relational trauma, desire increased attachment, and seek to explore personal identity and spirituality. I utilize relational and attachment based therapy techniques, play therapy, experiential interventions, as well as insight and awareness to help clients experience their desired growth, change and healing.
