This is a sign of the new & improved Sunrise Resort! Like a Phoenix, the Sunrise has risen, not out of fire....out of the wrath of two back to back hurricanes last fall, to be BETTER THAN EVER! Kudos to our GREAT owners who voted for a Special Assessment that was not just the minimum. They voted unanimously to give more in order to make their beloved Sunrise more! This is spectacular news! The Grand Old Dame of St Pete Beach Returns to us, Better Than Ever! From Sunrise Resort to the Don, it's a leisurely stroll down the beach, collecting shells... breathing in the salt air and centering your soul....

The hotel, often called the "Pink Palace," has been closed since last year’s back-to-back hurricanes, Helene and Milton.
