Making great progress on our Marestella Condo Project. Flat roof’s have been completed, metal roofing at Mansards are coming along nicely. Paint has begun and exterior doors have just arrived. Our storm repair/ modernization efforts are coming together. Excited to see the transformation from a dated 90’s design, to a modern clean-line style design that will perform much better in the coastal climates here in Treasure Island Florida.

Big Progress this week on our garage expansion project here in St Pete. Finally received permit approval and have hit the ground running. Site grading has begun, shootin for foundation preparation next week 💪🏻

We must have been good this year, Santa sent us a couple helpers to jam out the framing on our Accessory Dwelling Unit in St Pete. 2.5 days in and we are ready to set trusses, weather permitting. Excited to get this build out of the ground and dried in!
