The Kirkland Condo is on beautiful St Simons Island in the Island Marshwood Condominiums. It is conveniently located to East Beach access (1 Mile) and the Pier Village (2 Miles). The condo has two bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. A full kitchen, large living area with sofa sleep, big screen tv, and half bath are all located downstairs. Kirkland Condo SSI
The Kirkland Condo is a vacation rental owned by Shirley and Jimmy. The condo is located on the beautiful St. Simons Island. The condo is tucked away in the back of the Island Marshwood Condos at 1498 Demere Road. The Kirkland Condo has two bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, living room with big screen tv, enclosed back porch area, and roomy back deck. The condo has two upstairs bedrooms, one has a king bed and a daybed and the other one has a queen bed. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has private bathrooms and TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. There is also a pool located on the property for all guest to enjoy.

Kirkland Condo is in a perfect location only minutes away from all the major hotspots of St. Simons Island. The East Beach Access is only 1 mile; the Downtown Village is only 2 miles, and other dining and shopping areas are only minutes away.
