Love this!

David Hampton planted douglas fir and larch trees in a forest in Oregon to resemble a face. Every autumn the larch pines turn orange and the smiley face stands out.
The face is about 300 feet in diameter

It is long overdue to amend trade practice regulations.

Stop the bribery and monopoly in the wine industry.

Its time to get back to protecting and supporting small businesses.
Oregon is home to hundreds of small production, boutique, or micro wineries that make some of the best wines you've ever tasted in your life! If they never have a chance to be shown in the fine dining restaurants or wine shops, then can't survive without a thriving tourism industry or strong Marketing / DTC (direct to consumer) programs.

Spent the afternoon wine tasting and celebrating the engagement of Tim and Emily from Texas!. The weather, the locations, and the vibes made for a perfect day! One of our guests, Newt, works at a winery in Lubbock, TX called Llano Estacado and his excitement at visiting the Willamette Valley was an absolute joy to watch! The conversations we all had in the van were lively, hilarious, and at times thought-provoking. Wished I could have spent the week with this crew!

Newt started the day by shouting "Wine Day!" and what a day it was!!!

Took a group out on an agro-tour yesterday to visit a farm with a new baby buffalo. Look how the heard protects the baby! The baby is named May-May and the momma (the biggest buffalo) is named Cray-Cray. We also got to see a new baby c**t and and some really impressive horses in training for cutting.

If it was up to one fan, Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood would literally be in your home. Or at least a miniaturized version of it. Matt Smith recently made a detailed Lego re-creation of the set of the beloved children’s television show and the show’s Neighborhood of Make-Believe. Now...
