RENTING INFO:

Our 2 acre 1400 sq ft hideaway is a very private and peaceful rental property however we are not on the lakefront. We are located just 2 minutes to the only public boat ramps for the Lake at the state park. Lake Jocassee's two dozen or so house or cabin rentals are very scarce in general and lakefront rentals even more so. Since there are no fuel docks, food services or marinas on the Lake. Our easily accessible location offers more convenience to area gas stations, restaurants, grocery store shopping even a winery and local brewery. We are also just 2 minutes away from the public swimming beach, picnic areas, boat rentals and waterfall tours. ~ GET ON OUT HERE ~
