Fundraiser Fridays are continuing here at the Crest!

We launched this as a new way to give back to the organizations that make our community so special.

On select Fridays throughout the summer, local nonprofits, schools, youth sports teams, and community organizations will be at Monarch at the Crest sharing their mission with visitors. Best of all, a portion of that day's Scenic Tramway ticket sales will be donated back to the featured organization. It's an easy way to enjoy an incredible day on Monarch Pass while making a positive impact right here in our community.

Fundraiser Friday is back this Friday!

We’re proud to support Arkansas Valley Lacrosse Club, a local nonprofit bringing the sport of lacrosse, along with teamwork, confidence, friendships, and fun that come with it, to kids throughout Chaffee County. Their volunteer coaches and board are working to grow an inclusive program where kids ages 6+ can learn the game, build new skills, and be part of a team. 🥍

Come spend your Friday with us, ride the Scenic Tramway, and help us support local youth along the way. A portion of the day’s Tramway ticket sales will go back to Arkansas Valley Lacrosse.

The Monarch Crest Scenic Tramway opens for the summer on May 22 🚠

These photos go back to one of the biggest moments in our history: the 1988 fire and the rebuild that followed, giving us our incredible Visitor Center today, complete with 10 interconnected domes built into the mountain.

The Visitor Center houses a full cafeteria, retail shop, mining sluice, local art, informational displays, and more. We’re not just a bathroom break on your road trip— we’re worth the stop.
