A closer look at what’s taking shape in Downtown Salisbury, NC!

Today, we had the pleasure of touring Empire Row NC, the first phase of the Empire Hotel restoration project at 212 S. Main St. While work on the hotel continues, Empire Row is bringing some exciting new life to the property.

The project will include two grand row homes and seven full-floor lofts, all designed with a blend of historic character and modern luxury. Residents will also have access to a private gated courtyard with indoor/outdoor gathering space, a fireplace and grill.

With construction well underway, it’s exciting to see this piece of Downtown Salisbury’s future beginning to take shape!
