The river has a way of pausing the world. The chaos that is our everyday routine, the phone calls, the emails. The chattering of the news, consistent adds and notifications....it simply doesn't exist out there.
We cannot stress enough how important time away from the monotonous world is. To cut the cord of technology once in awhile. To take a step away and allow yourself to let go into the vast wilderness.
Dont just take it from us! Ask anyone who has ever been on a river trip in the great state of Idaho. They will surely attest to the reset and rejuvenating powers of the river.
